RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

  • We have a 10 day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. items should be unworn, unaltered, unwashed, free from {stains, odors, perfumes, self tanners, pet hair, deodorant} tags should be attached, receipts or proof of purchase should be within the box with return.
  • Please understand clearance, accessaries and swimwear are final sale, which mean none refundable. If such items are returned, a $20.00 fee will be charged and the item will be returned to you.
  • To start a return, make sure you have an account created with us before requesting a return, you will not be able to return if you do not have an account. Return label fees are calculated and deducted from your refund at checkout stage. We will send you a shipping label for return, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. If items are returned before request is approve, no refund will be given and items will be shipped back to customer. Refunds will be issued onto a Meraki Styles gift card for store credit use only.
  • If more than 10 business days has passed after returning items, and you have not received your refund via Meraki Styles gift card. First login into your account on the website to verify if refund was applied to the account, second check email to see if you have any emails from Merakistylesonline@gmail.com, lastly send us a email at  Merakistylesonline@gmail.com with name, order number as well as the day your return was made.
  • After my team and I inspect the return items, if any items are found to not have followed above guidelines for return, items will be returned to the address provided, no refund will be given.
DAMAGE AND ISSUES  

    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 business days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Meraki Styles is not responsible for any damages that may occur after placing items in the washer and dryer, so we ask that you please follow care labels that is attached to every item.

EXCHANGES

If for any reason you need to exchange items, submit for a refund . Once refunded you can return to purchase

      Here at Meraki Styles we make every effort to display items as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear on out website. We cannot guarantee that your computer or device monitors display of any color will be accurate.

ACCURACY OF ACCOUNT AND BILLING INFORMATION

  Meraki Styles obtain the right to refuse any order that is placed on the website.  We might, within our sole discretion, cancel or limit the amount purchased per person, per order. some reasoning being orders placed by or under same customer account, same credit card, or orders that may have same billing and or shipping address. In any reason we may cancel a order or make a change we will attempt to notify you by email that's attached to your account, if there is not a account and or a email attached to the order, unfortunately there will be no way of notifying you of the change or cancel order. It will be your responsibility to make sure to check order status for any order changes or cancelation.
